Stephan Greene

Stephan joins the team with 20 years of pharmaceutical experience in manufacturing, product development and technology transfer, including nearly a decade of specialized experience in sterile dosage forms, such as pre-filled syringes, vials, ampoules and ophthalmic products like bottles and Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) technology, as well as manufacturing and filling other non-sterile dosage forms in CMO and CDMO. He holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University and a green belt in Six Sigma.

In his managerial role, Stephan demonstrates strong capabilities in cost assessment, site selection, staffing analysis, budget oversight, equipment acquisition and staff evaluation. He knows how to effectively communicate project status to customers and competently manage project schedules, which is crucial to the success of complex projects. Stephan’s vast experience, combined with his sharp expertise, makes him a valuable asset to our team. He brings strategic vision and exceptional project management skills.
