Marlène Lachance is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in finance, with recognized expertise in accounting, budgeting and financial planning, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy.
A strategic business partner, she contributes to optimizing financial performance and operational profitability. She also has more than nine years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including within CMO/CDMO organizations, where she supports organizational growth and the efficiency of financial processes.
