
Annie Ladouceur
Annie Ladouceur is the director of Quality Control at the BMC, where she oversees all activities of the quality control teams, including analytical method development and validation, product and raw material analysis, sample processing, microbiology and environmental monitoring of classified rooms and utility systems.
Annie holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in microbiology and immunology from the Université de Montréal and has 15 years’ experience in the sterile pharmaceutical and biological industries, with a strong background in quality control, microbiology and environmental monitoring.
In 2021, she joined the BMC at the start of the project as quality control supervisor, microbiology. She was promoted to director in October 2024. Her expertise in quality control, project management, the application of quality control to all spheres of pharmaceutical production and her dedication makes her an essential asset to the team’s success.
