As Director of Human Resources, Josée Léveillé not only helped launch the BMC’s Human Resources department, but also ensured the smooth transition of its operations and the reception of 105 permanent employees since becoming independent.
Prior to that, she was involved in hiring and welcoming BMC employees to NRC for 16 months.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, and a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Canada, Josée has 25 years of experience in human resources as a business partner. Results-oriented and trustworthy, she implements effective processes and ensures a healthy, and respectful work environment for employees. She also has a keen interest in developing leaders.
